Before launching my independent practice, I served as a consultant and client executive in Washington, D.C., advising nonprofits, corporations, universities, and trade associations on issues ranging from public relations and community engagement to governance and talent management. My background also includes work with municipal, state, and federal government entities.

My practice places a strong emphasis on data, integrating CRMs, building metrics dashboards, and analyzing data to improve processes and help leaders make informed decisions. I also support the development of learning management systems that improve training, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

I studied Public Policy at the University of Michigan. Today, my consulting practice is dedicated to mission-driven organizations that are navigating complexity and seeking clarity.
